Morgan Mordini

Bio
Morgan Mordini is a dedicated hockey coach, educator, and former collegiate standout currently serving as the Head Coach of the Girls 14U team at Boston Hockey Academy. She also worked as an assistant coach and teacher at The Winchendon School, where she mentored and developed student-athletes both on and off the ice. A native of North Attleborough, Massachusetts, Mordini enjoyed a decorated playing career at Elmira College, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration. As a forward for the Elmira Soaring Eagles from 2018 to 2023, she tallied 132 career points—ranking 10th in program history—and was named UCHC Championship MVP in 2021. She was also a two-time NEHC All-Conference selection and helped lead her team to multiple postseason successes. Prior to her collegiate career, Mordini was a multi-sport athlete at Worcester Academy, contributing to a NEPSAC Division II Championship in ice hockey while also earning varsity letters in field hockey and softball. Known for her passion, energy, and strong leadership, Mordini brings a player-focused, development-first mindset to her coaching. She is committed to growing the game and creating a positive, competitive environment for young athletes to thrive.
