Below is the payment plan for the 2020-21 season. Fees include the hockey program, school tuition, and boarding for those who select that option. Direct fees such as books, school activity fees, lunch, special trips, and school uniforms will be purchased separately by the students. Also, Tuition Insurance is offered via the TeamSnap platform for those that are interested.

Accepted Students will follow a 3 step process for enrolling at the Academy
Step 1: Accept and Sign Contract (via DocuSign).
Step 2: Register with USA Hockey.
Step 3: Pay Your Invoice Amount Below via ACH or Credit Card.

The Boston Hockey Academy is pleased to partner with Clean Zone LLC to provide pick-up hockey bag equipment cleaning services for our Academy players that want to have their bags cleaned once or twice a month.
Clean Zone utilizes the Sani Sport System which is used and endorsed by USA Hockey, and the NHL. The Sani Sport / Sani Defenx technology is the most effective and cost efficient way to reduce unwanted bacteria and pathogens in athletic equipment. The Sani Sport System is trusted by more than 110 professional sports teams and more than 330 military and law enforcement agencies to significantly reduce bacteria, viruses, and foul odors from their protective equipment.
How It Works
When players return from the weekend showcases on Sunday, players will leave their bags at the dormitory for pick-up by Clean Zone on Sunday night at 7pm. Bags will be returned to the players on Tuesday before practice at Somerville Rink. Each player will be provided with an inventory list they are required to fill out prior to pick up. Clean Zone will verify each bag's content prior to cleaning and contact equipment owner with any discrepancies. In addition, the Clean Zone will inform equipment owner of any equipment repairs or items of concern that may need to be addressed that will allow the player to perform to their fullest.

Cleaning Options Below
Twice a month, Clean Zone will be providing pick-up service to clean all player bags and equipment. The pick-up dates for this service are below:
- November 1 and 15;
- December 6 and 20;
- January 10 and 24;
- February Feb 7th and 21;
- March 7 and 21;
- 10 Cleanings at $22.50 a cleaning
- Credit Card billing is billed in 5 monthly installments at $45/month
Once a month, Clean Zone will be providing pick-up service to clean all player bags and equipment. Pick-up days are as follows:
- November 1;
- December 6;
- January 10;
- February 14;
- March 21;
- 5 cleanings at $30 per cleaning
- Billed in 5 monthly installments at $30/month
This option is for players seeking to have their bag cleaned one time only. Pick-up date will be arranged after purchase.
