The Penalty Box Warrior 5K

The Penalty Box Warrior 5K was held on October 16, 2022 in order to raise awareness for Teen Mental Health. Our 15U, 16U, and 18U teams all participated along with our coaching staff and a handful of parents. The Penalty Box Foundation raised $2,340 for Mental Health Awareness.

It was a beautiful day in Buzzards Bay, MA for a stroll down Cape Cod Canal. Our players wore their green BHA jerseys, which sport the black and purple Mental Health ribbon. At Boston Hockey Academy, mental health is something that hits home for us. It is one of our primary focuses, as we deal with high school age athletes and the difficulties that come with it. We were honored to be a part of this 5K and will continue to raise money and awareness for a great cause!
